Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital documents we do not accept returns - there is no way to return the digital item. However, we will make every effort to provide manuals of satisfactory quality.
Each document is given one star for its quality (readable) level and service manuals are priced according to the quality status.
The quality (readable) and language of each document are clearly stated in the description of each document, so please note that you are accepting the quality and language option of the document you are purchasing.
Refunds will not usually be given in the following cases:
We made it clear that the manual is available in one language and that you want a different language,
We have made it clear that the manual is a service/user manual and that you intend to purchase a user/service manual
